Tasting Notes | Nose: Rich and deep, with balsamic notes of liquorice, toasted caramel, sultanas and Pedro Ximénez wine and light citrus hints of candied orange. Palate: Intense and elegantly bitter. With character, the light citrus notes of sweet orange reappear and in the background are earthy and spicy notes that give it body and bitterness.
Finish: The finish is medium-long, bringing back memories of a Pedro Ximénez type wine that slowly transforms into a clean and seductive oloroso. |
