More information Cinema Paraiso 2011 Wine
Cinema Paraiso is the super production of Cinema Wines.
Cinema Paraíso is the most exclusive wine of the prestigious winemaker Juan Ayuso, with a limited production of 6,000 bottles that are produced only in the best vintages of Ribera del Duero. The grapes come from the Pago Centenario de La Aguilera, 750 metres above sea level. The wine is aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels with medium toast.
This is an excellent wine for gastronomy, very versatile, capable of pairing with a fish, with a roast meat or with a complex stew.
All bottles are numbered from 1 to 6,000 and are presented in a traditional wooden box of 6 bottles burned on fire, unique in the market. The box has a wooden grill inside. As it is stackable, it is perfect for setting up your own bottle rack.

Tasting Notes | In Cinema Paraíso's blend, it looks for the red fruit payments, with the expression of the aromas present in the edge of the glass, ready to be felt immediately, with notes of sweet spices and a festive elegance. Ripe fruit is the protagonist in the mouth, with a delicate, long, silky and continuous volume. On the palate its volume is enormous, surprising how so much structure can be combined with so much smoothness. An avalanche of aromas and flavours that linger on the palate and return to the nose via the retronasal passage. |
