More information Cesilia Blanc 2022 Wine
Cesilia Blanc is made from a coupage of Moscatel, Macabeo and Malvasia.
Harvesting is carried out at the optimum point of aromatic ripeness, before reaching phenolic ripeness in order to achieve greater freshness and aromatic potential in Cesilia Blanc. Harvesting is done by hand early in the morning, in 15kg perforated boxes, which allows the quality and integrity of the fruit to be respected to the maximum.
Winemaking and ageing
The bunches are transported directly to the pneumatic press where a long, gentle pressing is carried out, before undergoing a light clarification process. After this clarification process, the must is placed in stainless steel tanks to undergo alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15-18ºC. This white wine then remains on its lees and undergoes "batonnages".
Ageing potential
Cesilia Blanc can age for up to 2 years.

Tasting Notes | Straw yellow colour, with greenish reflections.
Intense and very aromatic on the nose. Notes of white flowers, ripe fruit and tropical fruit stand out. When the glass is swirled, citrus and orange blossom notes develop, evoking a sensation of freshness.
On the palate, the wine is intense and fresh. The Muscat notes suggest sweetness, but it is actually a dry wine. It is unctuous and citric. The freshness provided by a generous acidity stands out.
The finish on the palate is long, not fleeting, and the floral and tropical sensations perceived on the nose by the Muscatel linger on. |
