Syrup made with 26% of Cassis juice and natural aroma of Cassis, a unique syrup in taste and quality.

Cassis fruit comes from the Northern Hemisphere, mainly from the coldest regions of Germany, England, and France. But it was the English who encouraged its consumption during the Second World War, due to the enormous amount of health benefits it had for soldiers.

It is one of the lesser-known red fruits and which gives a greater intensity of flavour to drinks.
