In the 1920s , the Domecq brothers that owned the business focused the company towards the production of wine and brandies. Animated by the opportunity in the brandy market, they decided to bring out the old stills stored in their father´s collection to start producing a new type of brandy.
Brandy obtained from holandas, spirits and selected wine distilled spirits, healthy and balanced.
It`s elaboration process and aging are characterized by a carful assembly of different holandas that take part of its composition and by its use in the aging of American oak barrels, previously soaked in in sherry, following the traditional aging of Criaderas and Soleras.
