Brasil, the world´s most importante producer of sugar cane, possesses the best primary material for the production of rum. Birds is produced through the distillation of sugar cane molasses and aging in oak barrels. Birds rum has a golden colour, a characteristic aroma, and a delicate and defined flavour.
