Bicicletas y Peces Verdejo is a white wine made from the best vineyards in the area.
Harvesting is manual with grape selection in the vineyard. Once the grapes have been destemmed and pressed, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Once the fermentation is over, it rests in the bottle for a few months before going on the market.
Bicicletas y Peces Verdejo is a young, aromatic and light wine. Classic Verdejo that shows all its aromatic opulence highlighting the typical notes of tropical fruit.
