More information Austria Gold Rose (With 23 Carat Gold) Cava - Champagne
Austria Gold Rosé or Österreich Gold Rosé, is a sparkling wine made with the Champenoise method that reminds us of French champagnes.
The Sekt are wines with dissolved gas. The gas is obtained by making a second fermentation inside the closed bottle (or in some cases in closed tanks of some hectolitres), the CO₂ that is produced cannot escape and it dissolves in the liquid. The second fermentation in the bottle can be achieved by adding sugar, by bottling the wine before it has finished fermenting or by closing the fermentation vat before it has finished.
Those that in Spain we call Cava and in France Champagne, receive the name of Sekt in Germany although in their elaboration they have some differences, like the champenoise method to be considered Champagne, etc.
Austria Gold Rosé or Österreich Gold Rose is a wine with a great tradition that incorporates 23 carat food gold inside.
The tradition of incorporating gold into drinks dates back to the Middle Ages when alchemists believed that gold provided various benefits to the body.
A real luxury for your table.
