Uvaguilera
Ribera del Duero Roble Red Wine
This wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days and then allowed to marinate a further 12 days approximately in the same recipients. The malolactic fermentation is also realized in stainless steel tanks.
Once the final fermentation is complete the wine is aged in our galleries in oak cask ( 50% French and 50% American) for 6 months
