Wine Vivanza Crianza 2013

The true history of Vivanza wines, lies within the lands where vineyards are located.

The grape varieties are processed independently, each one at its optimum moment of ripeness. They undergo pre-fermentation maceration at 10º C to obtain greater aromatic complexity. The duration of the fermentation and maceration is between 15 and 20 days at a temperature no higher than 25º C, to enhance the varietal characteristics of each wine.

This wine continues aging in barrels for 12 months in a temperature-controlled cellar. The blending of the three types of wine is carried out in the correct proportions before bottling. Aging in the bottles requires a minimum of 3 months for the blended wines before they are marketed.

Vivanza Crianza

I vitigni sono prodotti in modo indipendente, ciascuno al suo momento ottimale di maturazione. Vengono sottoposti ad una macerazione pre-fermentativa a 10ºC per ottenere una maggiore complessità aromatica. La fermentazione e la macerazione durano tra i 15 e i 20 giorni ad una temperatura non superiore ai 25ºC, per esaltare le caratteristiche varietali di ogni vino. Questo vino continua ad invecchiare in barrique per 12 mesi in una cantina climatizzata. L'assemblaggio dei tre tipi di vino viene effettuato prima dell'imbottigliamento nelle proporzioni indicate. L'invecchiamento in bottiglia richiede un minimo di 3 mesi per la miscelazione prima di essere commercializzato.
