More information Riesling Blanco Seco Wine
Riesling is a very young white wine, which they have made from the variety of German origin. In the midst of a spectacular Levantine landscape, the vineyards of the Monastrell, Riesling and Syrah varieties are located, which together with the modern facilities, make up Bodegas Monóvar; one of the most prestigious wineries in the province of Alicante and the fifth and last of the singular wineries to join the MGWines group.
Riesling is a very young white wine, made from the German Riesling variety. These vines are irrigated by a controlled drip system. It is the first time in the history of Alicante that a white wine with only 10º of alcohol is obtained. The characteristics of the wine are: Extremely pale colour with greenish tones. Balsamic aromas with a slight fragrance of banana and raisins. The taste is acidic and very fruity, with a slight sweet-sour touch at the end, which makes it very original and different.
It is presented in a Rhine type bottle, like those from the Mossel and Rhine river basins. To accentuate its Germanic origin we have introduced the phrase "Weiber Trockener Wein" (Dry White Wine) under the word Riesling.
