La Ventosilla estate is a property which has origins that date back to the 16th century. During those times it was used as a hunting refuge for the Kings .
Today the estate is composed of over 3.000 Hectares and belongs to the Velasco family.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep ruby red.
Smell: Very complex aromas. At first smell there are frutal notes, but later notes of flowers and other more potent aromas (from the oxygenation of the cup) can be detected.
Flavour: The tannins are well balanced. Flavours of vanilla, coconut, nuts, and cinnamon are noted.
Production
This wine is fermented in stainless steel deposits at 26ºC and endures a 15 day soaking process. It ages for 12 months in American oak barrels, 6 months in French oak cone, and 12 months in bottles.
