What is Mezcal ?
Mezcal is a distilled drink produced in Oaxaca, a state located in the southeast of Mexico. Made acording to traditional methods that go back hundreds of years, Mezcal is extracted from agave plant.
This ancient plang grows with its heart rooted deep in the soil, sprouting sharp blue-green leaves to create one of the most capricious forms of Oaxacan magic. After eight long years of reipening, the best agaves are harvested, their hearts producing the precious nectar necessary for Mezcal. Producing according to custom, mezcal acquires a unique character on part with but the finest international liquours.
