More information Chateau Ducla Bordeaux Supérior 2008 (Bordeaux) Wine
One of the buildings on the estate dates back to the 14th century and boasts a remarkable period roof structure in the form of the upturned hull of a boat. At the time of the Hundred Years War, this building was used as a hunting pavilion by a Scottish Lord Mac Douglas, whose name has been deformed over the centuries to give "Ducla”. This old edifice in St Exupéry is reproduced on the labels of Château Ducla. Château Ducla was the first estate to be ISO 9001 registered.
