Bulles N°1
It was in 1531 in the Saint Hilaire Abbey, not far from Limoux, that Benedictine nuns first observed the appearance of strange bubbles in a wine that they had left to ferment in a bottle, marking the birth of the first sparkling wine in the world. Today, Bulle N°1 is the worthy descendant of the first sparkling wine in the world. Bulle N°1 is a delicate, light wine with evolving toasted, brioche aromas, typical of the finest sparkling wines.
