The Anejo is aged using the Spanish Solera system, for up to 5 years, in the oldest oak casks in Cuba, which date back to the 1920's.
It combines a grassy, spirity bouquet with a complex flavour, suggestive of vanilla combined with hints of orange zest which become particularly noticeable when a little water is added to the rum.
